Installation and use

â—†After installation, check whether the connecting parts and transmission parts are firm and reliable. The connection pipes, nozzles, seals and the whole machine should be tested for airtightness without any bubbles, dripping, dripping or leaking.

â—†Inject the 46# mechanical oil into the reducer before starting the machine, open the motor cover and turn the fan blade by hand to check if there is any jamming phenomenon. If there is any scraping of the stirring paddle, clean the dirt in the kettle before starting the machine. First, maintenance and safety

Second, common fault phenomena and causes

â—† Fault phenomenon 1: A leak occurs at the sealing surface. The cause of the malfunction: the screw thread is loose; the sealing surface is damaged. Remedy: Re-tighten the screw; re-polish the polished sealing surface.

â—† Fault phenomenon 2: A leak occurs at the valve. Cause of failure: Damage to the valve stem (needle) and valve port sealing surface. Remedy: Repair, replace the valve stem (needle), valve port.

â—† Fault phenomenon 3: The outer magnetic steel rotates, the inner magnetic steel does not rotate, and the motor current decreases. The cause of the failure: the temperature rise in the kettle is too high, the cooling cycle is not smooth, and the inner magnetic steel is demagnetized due to high temperature. In the hydrogenation reaction, the inner magnetic steel sleeve has cracks and the inner magnetic steel expands. Remedy: Inform the supplier to replace the inner magnet.

â—† Fault phenomenon 4: There is friction noise in the magnetic coupling actuator. The cause of the failure: the bushing and the bearing are worn out, the clearance is too large, and the inner magnetic steel is bouncing. Remedy: Contact the supplier to replace the bearing and bushing.
