In order to maintain the low temperature in the warehouse and ensure the quality of food storage, the structure of the cold storage is different from the general industrial and civil buildings, and the cold storage has a unique structure. Cold storage can be divided into civil construction cold storage and assembly cold storage according to its building structure.

I. Characteristics of civil-built cold storage The civil-built cold storage building generally consists of a retaining structure and a load-bearing structure.

1) Enclosure structure The exterior wall is generally made of brick. The inner lining wall is made of brick, and it is also made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slab. The insulation between the outer wall and the inner lining wall and the attic layer is filled with insulation material. The envelope structure is the “coating” of the cold storage, which not only blocks wind, snow, rain and solar radiation, but also acts as a moisture barrier and insulation layer.

2) Load-bearing structure The subject structure of the cold storage is a load-bearing structure. The single-layer cold storage has two sets of load-bearing structures that support the attic layer with the inner column and the outer column to support the roof, and also adopts a set of load-bearing structures that support the floors and roofs with the inner columns as well as the multi-layer cold storage. The load-bearing structure acts as a wind, snow and weight, weight, cargo, equipment and human weight

Cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures are often used for columns, slabs, roofs and foundations in the subject structure

3) Construction requirements. The floor of the cold storage requires insulation and antifreeze. Its columns, walls, slabs and roofs are required to have insulation, sealing, sturdiness and frost resistance to ensure the quality of the main warehouse building.

Second, the characteristics of the assembled cold storage The assembled cold storage is generally a single-layer cold storage of light steel structure, and also adopts steel plate concrete frame structure and prestressed steel plate concrete structure. The assembled cold storage is assembled on site by a set of prefabricated color steel-polyurethane-color steel sandwich insulation board. The main feature of the assembled cold storage is that the combination of the storage body is flexible and random, and can be assembled into cold storages of different external dimensions according to different venues; it can be installed outdoors, indoors, and can be disassembled and relocated; due to the use of light steel structure and The heat insulation wall panel is duplicated, so the weight of the storage body is light and the pressure on the foundation is reduced, so the overall seismic performance is good.
