It can provide convenient and high quality products for the feed industry. The orthogonal test method was used to evaluate the surface morphology, particle size distribution, yield and roundness as the comprehensive evaluation index. The effect of material ratio and process conditions on the preparation of pellets was discussed. The results showed that 200g corn flour was bonded 10g. The agent dextrin, 130ml water, adjusting the frequency of the rounding machine 20Hz, can prepare corn flour spherical pellets with good roundness and yield of more than 90%.
