3. Insert the packaging material into the paper guide.

4. Adjust the left and right position of the paper guide so that the light spot is in the middle of the color code.

5. Replace the photoelectric switch and correctly select the light and dark switch.

Fault: When the color code tracking is not performed (ie, the photoelectric switch is turned off), the bag length error is large.

Reason: 1. The bag length setting is not suitable.

2. The roller pattern is smoothed, resulting in reduced friction.

3. The roller pressure is small.

Exclusion: 1. Increase the pocket length setting so that the actual pocket length is equal to or slightly greater than the standard length of the color scale.
