1. According to the product requirements, firstly preheat the upper tank to about 0-120 °C (according to the product process), fill the contents of the sterilization pot at the same time of preheating, close the pot door and open the interlocking device.

2. After pumping the upper tank water quickly into the sterilizing pot to the water level gauge, the liquid level transmitter outputs 4-20Majn to the PLC control system, automatically shuts off the pump pumping system, and performs hot water circulation in the pot.

3. In the cycle, in order to ensure the uniformity of the water outlet in the pot, a three-point series connection is adopted, which is connected by φ108 pipe, and then sent to the steam-water mixing muffler by a large-diameter water pump to be heated (use this hot water exchanger to avoid When heating directly in the pot, the steam and the goods are in direct contact, so that the temperature of some of the goods is high, and then through the eight points in the pot (eight points, divided into two points of up, down, left and right), so that the heat The water is directly circulated into the sterilizing pot, and a flow conversion valve is arranged in the middle of the pipeline, so that the hot water is alternately switched while flowing, ensuring uniform temperature in the pot.

4. In the hot water circulation, if the barrel of the sterilizing pot is long and the distance between the points is long, in order to make the hot water flow more uniform, the stainless steel tube is used as a guide, and a small hole is formed in one side of the tube. The cross-sectional area of ​​the plum-like tube is 1.2 times the cross-sectional area of ​​the small hole. Considering the resistance of the water, the tube hole is first small and then large, and the hot water in the pot is circulated once every other time.

5. The sterilizing pot can reach the predetermined temperature within a few minutes of heating up. During the heating process, as the temperature rises and the temperature changes slightly at a constant temperature, the steam film regulating valve adjusts the steam input amount to ensure that the temperature does not reverse. Rush. (The steam film regulating valve is input into the PLC programming through the temperature integrated transmitter output 4-20mA current signal, and the uninterrupted closing and opening adjustment is performed until the final closing.) 6. When the pressure is maintained, the pressure is automatically maintained by the integrated pressure transmitter. The pressure in the pot can be set first, and the pressure is automatically discharged when the pressure is high, and the pressure is automatically applied when the pressure is low. After killing the bacteria, the hot water in the pot is pumped to the upper tank.

7. The sterilizing pot opens the cooling circulating pump when cooling, and has a relief valve. When the sterilizing pot is used for a long time, some hot water in the pot can be discharged through the overflow valve to ensure the product in the pot in a short time. Cool to the set temperature.

Second, sterilization procedures

1. According to the product requirements, the sterilization complete sterilization process is designed in advance, delivered to the PLC, and automatically controlled by touch. The program (1), program (2) can be set up to more than 200 sterilization procedures.

2. In the sterilization process, the touch screen sets the flow chart of the complete pipeline, which can be visualized to the whole process in an animated form, and can be judged to open and close each valve and each component. Two sets of manual and automatic operation modes are set (manual can be used in case of power failure).
