Operating procedures for heat transfer oil boilers

<

1. The operator should be familiar with the basic requirements of the structure and principle of the furnace and the thermal equipment for production, and continue to summarize the experience in practice, control the thickness of the coal seam, fully burn, reduce chimney black smoke, and ensure that the equipment is in safe and efficient operation. status.

2. New oil or furnace that has been restarted for a long time should be heated in stages according to the requirements of heat transfer oil dehydration.

3. The outlet oil temperature should be set below 280 °C. When the oil temperature exceeds 200 °C, the temperature rise should be paid more attention to. The oil temperature should be slowly raised and lowered. It is forbidden to change the oil temperature and over temperature.

4. Closely contact with production, and slowly and slowly raise the oil temperature. Under the premise of meeting the production requirements, the oil temperature is lower, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the heat transfer oil and saving energy.

5, normal oil level: low tank low oil level, high tank high oil level. This ensures cold oil displacement during emergency shutdown and prevents air from entering the system piping. When the high tank is at a low oil level, the oil pump should be activated to replenish the heat transfer oil in time.

6. The circulating pump is not allowed to stop during the operation of the furnace. When the pump is faulty or has power failure, the induced draft fan should be stopped, and corresponding emergency measures should be taken depending on the oil temperature.

7. Open the valve quickly and place the cold oil in the high tank through the coil in the furnace to the lower tank.

8. Use wet coal to suppress the fire or remove the furnace coal from the furnace. It is strictly forbidden to flush the furnace with water.

The above measures should be completed within 3~5 minutes to prevent accidents such as excessive oil temperature and accumulating coke.

9, the normal shutdown, the oil temperature should be below 100 °C, before the pump can be stopped.

10. When the inlet and outlet pressure difference is lower than the set value, the induced draft fan should be stopped. At this time, the system is faulty and should be eliminated or feedback in time. If necessary, it should be stopped by pressure.

11. When the furnace is in place, the position should be kept, the operation records and handover work should be done carefully, and the equipment inspection and maintenance work should be carried out regularly.
