The straw treatment in Northeast China is one of the five major actions of agricultural green development proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2017. With the joint efforts of the four provinces and the pilot counties, the comprehensive utilization rate of straw in Northeast China reached 75% in 2017, an increase of 7.1 percentage points over 2016, and the results were very significant.

The relevant person in charge of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs introduced that the capacity of straw returning to the northeast region has been rapidly improved. The newly added straw returning area is more than 30 million mu, the straw crushing and returning machine is nearly 80,000 units, and the total area of ​​returning fields is 123 million mu. Promote the improvement of the quality of cultivated land in the northeast black land.

All localities have continuously increased the establishment of supporting policies, and continued to release policy dividends in the aspects of straw processing, electricity, transportation, storage and storage, agricultural machinery purchase subsidies, straw returning subsidies, etc., to create a good market environment and promote the rapid development of straw comprehensive utilization. . Driven by the central government's financial funds and various preferential policies, the four provinces and autonomous regions in Northeast China have driven social capital investment of about 3 billion yuan, which has effectively promoted the development of straw comprehensive utilization industry.

It is understood that the next step of straw treatment in Northeast China will adhere to the guidance of government guidance, market operation, diversified utilization, and overall promotion, improve support policies, broaden the utilization channels, and continuously improve the specialization level of straw storage, transportation and transportation, and the marketization level of straw utilization.
