4. Start and stop three times in a row to check whether the remote control at each point is correct and reliable. Test run for two hours, observe whether the motor bearing temperature and motor temperature rise are normal. Ensure that the fire exhaust fan operates

5. Check if the insulation resistance of the motor meets the requirements and check the main circuit contacts. If the contact is severely ablated (contact points wear to 1/3 of the original thickness), the contacts should be replaced.

6. Inspect and replace the gasket and seal packing between the joint surfaces.

7. Check whether the mechanical opening and closing action of the regulating valve is reliable and flexible, and the opening and closing angle is clear.

8. Adjust the tightness of the belt and move the wind wheel with your hand to see if the rotation is stable.

9. Fill the rotating parts with lubricating oil to ensure the flexibility and stability of the coupling and bearing.
