According to the "Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Adjusting the Issues Related to the National Development and Reform Commission Pricing Drugs List" (Price Development No. [2010] No. 429), Zhejiang Provincial Price Bureau, Zhejiang Provincial Health Department, Zhejiang Provincial Human Resources and The Implementation Opinions of the Department of Social Security on Reforming the Mechanism for the Formation of Prices for Drugs and Medical Services (Zhejiang Medical University [2010] No. 44) and related policies and regulations are now being adjusted to publish the Catalogue of Pricing Drugs of the Zhejiang Provincial Price Bureau, and the relevant matters are notified As follows, please implement it carefully:

1. Drugs included in the National Development and Reform Commission's Pricing Catalog and the Provincial Pricing Catalog are subject to government guidance; pharmaceuticals not included in the pricing catalogue are subject to market adjustment prices, and prices are set by enterprises themselves.

2. Drugs that have been included in the National Development and Reform Commission's pricing catalogue, but not yet priced by the National Development and Reform Commission, should be declared to the Provincial Price Bureau for approval of the temporary maximum retail price before being sold in the province, and copied by the Provincial Price Bureau to the National Development and Reform Commission.

3. When the scope of the "Zhejiang Basic Medical Insurance, Industrial Injury Insurance, and Maternity Insurance Drug List" category changes, related drugs automatically enter or exit the price list of the pricing authority. The specific time for entering or exiting the pricing catalog is based on the date announced by the pricing authority.

Fourth, the province's medical institutions self-made pharmaceutical preparations for pricing. Hospital preparations sold by provincial medical institutions are priced by the Provincial Price Bureau; hospital preparations sold by municipal and county medical institutions are priced by the municipal and county governments.

5. This notice shall be implemented as of October 1, 2010. If any of the previous provisions contravenes this notice, this notice shall prevail.
