How to boost the steam generator:

1. When the air valve starts to emit a lot of steam, close the air valve.

2. When the steam pressure rises to 0.05-0.1 MPa, flush the water level gauge. After the water level gauge is flushed, compare it with another water level gauge of the steam generator. If the water level gauge is found to be inconsistent before and after flushing, flush again.

3. When the steam pressure rises to 0.1-0.15 MPa, flush the pressure gauge and the pressure gauge water storage pipe once. After flushing, in contrast to another pressure gauge, the indicated pressure should be the same.

4. When the steam pressure of the steam generator rises to 0.2-0.3 MPa, the following work is performed:

Try watering equipment such as water injectors, steam pumps, electric pumps, etc., and put water into the furnace to see if it is easy to use.

Sew out the sewage in sequence, check whether the drain valve is flexible and tight, and help the boiler water circulation by releasing the boiler water. Pay attention to the water level when draining.

For newly installed or serviced steam generators, tighten the hole and hand hole cover again. When tightening, it is forbidden to add a long handle, and the force should not be too strong.

5. When the pressure rises to the working pressure, verify that the safety valve is sensitive, effective and accurate.
