It is understood that in accordance with the relevant notice of the National Development and Reform Commission, combined with the actual situation in Heilongjiang Province, will limit the price of some drugs, involving 95 kinds of drugs on behalf of more than 200 formulations of the price specifications. The main reduction is to adjust the maximum retail prices of drugs such as immunization, anti-tumor and hematology systems. These drugs are all higher-priced drugs in the market. The price department stipulates that if the retail price of the medicines and the bid-winning drugs purchased under the bid is lower than the stipulated maximum retail price, it may not be raised; if the retail price of the winning bid medicine is higher than the stipulated maximum retail price, the price shall not exceed the maximum retail price. The price of sales of related drugs by the medical and health institutions, social retail pharmacies, and other pharmaceutical production and business units must not exceed the stipulated maximum retail price.
