Due to seasonal restrictions on agricultural machinery, the working time is short each year. For example, planters, harvesters, etc. only work for more than ten days in one year. 1 Damaged form of the machine during storage
(1) Mildew is mainly textiles, such as canvas conveyor belts. After such products should be removed for cleaning and drying, they should be stored in a room where they are dry and can prevent insect pests.
(2) Aging rubber parts are susceptible to aging and deterioration due to the oxygen in the air and the ultraviolet rays in the sunlight, making the rubber parts less flexible and easily broken.
(3) Corrosion and cracking of wooden pieces are rotted and broken due to the action of microorganisms, as well as rain, wind, and sun.
(4) Deformation Some parts are plastically deformed due to long-term stress or improper placement. Such as springs, belts, long arbors, tires and so on.
(5) Rusted metals will be rusted by the action of oxygen and water vapor in the air. Corrosion on the surface of the parts and the thickness of 1 - 1.50 mm sheet steel parts of the greatest harm, such as in the open placed thin steel sheet corrosion depth of 1 year up to 0.10 ~ O.22 mm, a few years to be scrapped. Corrosion also has certain damage to the steel, especially thin and low parts that are liable to damp and water. Rust has little harm to cast iron parts.

2 Safekeeping measures
(1) The yards, sheds and warehouses for storing equipment should be kept clean. Open-air machine tools use bricks or the machine to stand off the ground to reduce corrosion.
(2) The machine is out of service and should be carefully checked, cleaned and maintained. Damaged parts should be repaired or replaced in time.
(3) The working surface of metal parts should be coated with anti-rust oil, among which paraffin oil has good anti-rust effect. Thin steel plate, section steel and wooden parts should be painted. There are two types of paints: split coat and primer, and the primer and parts are firmly joined. There are many kinds of paints, which have different anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion effects. Therefore, they should be selected according to the conditions of use of the parts.
(4) Remove the parts that are perishable and damp and put them in storage. Cotton products, electrical equipment, etc. should be placed in a dry place. Rubber products should be placed indoors in direct sunlight or covered outside. The battery is expensive, long-term storage and vulcanization scrap, should be charged regularly.
(5) Loosen the various springs, remove the belt, and erect the agricultural implements with the tires to relieve them of the load. The long tool bar should hang vertically to prevent deformation.
(6) Long-term parked tractors should be carefully maintained and lubricated, replaced with new oil and fuel oil from the fuel tank, and closed after washing. It is also necessary to inject a number of oil into the cylinder to fully lubricate the cylinder wall, and then close the inlet and exhaust pipe nozzles.

The Diode Laser (800nm or 810 nm wavelength)

In my opinion, the Diode laser is the next most useful Hair Removal light source and the most promising laser for hair removal.

These Diode systems deliver a longer wavelength than the Ruby (694 nm wavelength) and the Alexandrite (755 nm wavelength) lasers, but a shorter wavelength than the Nd: Yag (1064 nm wavelength) laser. This longer wavelength enables the light to penetrate deeper and is theoretically safer than shorter wavelength lasers because it can better avoid the melanin pigment in the skin's epidermis. The Diode laser's longer wavelength of light thereby penetrates into the hair follicle without causing as much epidermal injury as the Ruby or the Alexandrite. This fact allows the Diode laser to be used on darker skin colors than the Ruby or Alexandrite.

Because the Diode is the most recently introduced of the hair removal lasers, there is less experience and less long-term data in evaluating the Diode's claims. Newer Diode lasers such as the SLP 1000 are attempting to deliver longer durations of light (up to 1000 milliseconds) in order to protect the epidermal pigment thereby producing fewer side effects while producing better hair removal. There is just not enough experience with these newer machines, which have only been on the market since early 2001 (after having been re-modified)! These longer durations are designed to emulate the longer durations available for five years with the UltimateTM Light treatments. Surprisingly, the pulse durations on the Quantum, Aculight, or Vasculight systems have been made shorter, while lasers try to lengthen their durations to catch up with the UltimateTM Light pulsed light.

The 800 nm Diode at this time is probably capable of treating skin types 1, 2, 3; possibly 4, 5; and maybe 6. I would personally wait for more information and experience before recommending this machine. In my opinion, the Ultimate Lightâ„¢ pulsed light is the best overall machine for treating all six skin types based on safety and long term use (over nine years). However, for effective short-term treatment of skin types 1 to 4, I believe that the 808 nm Diode is satisfactory.
