(B) Operational Notes 1 Raw material: The degree of maturity determines the quality of the product, timely harvesting is the key to production. Late harvesting, conversion of water and sugar to starch, low sweetness, poor taste. After harvesting, it must be processed and frozen in time. It requires that the grains should be arranged neatly, and the yellow color should be better than the white variety, and the ear length should be 20 cm.
2 Blanching, cooling: blanching in boiling water at 100°C for 3 to 4 minutes, or steaming for 6 to 10 minutes, and cooling in time to 10°C or less.
3 Quick freeze: Freeze at -40°C.
4 Packaging: After freezing, use high-density polyethylene plastic bags.
5 Refrigeration: The product is stored in a cold storage below -18°C.

Removable Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main plant to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The plant produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure and fill in cylinder with an oxygen booster and compress the oxygen purity to 150bar. 

With a customized container, all the parts can be involved in, and removable with a vehicle.
