The high temperature and high concentration can shorten the soaking time. On the contrary, it can relatively extend the soaking time. In general, seeds with thin seed coats and seeds with smaller seeds can be soaked for a shorter time; seeds with larger seed coats and seed coats with thicker or more seed coats can be soaked for longer time. Fourth, soaked seeds should be cleaned and dried.
