Nicotinamide riboside is a pyridine-nucleoside precursor to vitamin B3 andnicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. Nicotinamide riboside is produced by yeast and some mammals.
Nicotinamide riboside is a supplement that's only recently become available on the market. It is a safe supplement for athletes and hard-trainers everywhere. A 2013 review notes nicotinamide riboside has potential to increase in-sulin sensitivity, exercise endurance, and act as a nootropic.
