2 , the adjustment of the film

3 , the adjustment of the filling depth (ie the adjustment of the weight of the tablet)

4 , the adjustment of the pressure (that is, the adjustment of the hardness of the tablet)

5 , the removal of the die
(1) Disassemble the upper punch: Unscrew the upper punching nut to pull out the upper punch. If the fit is tight, use the pliers to clamp the upper punch to pull it out, but be careful not to damage the punch edge.
(2) Disassemble the middle mold: Loosen the middle mold fixing screw, unscrew the lower punch to fix the screw, loosen the butterfly screw, and loosen the gear pressure plate. The transfer adjustment gear is used to raise the lower core rod by 10 millimeters, and the hand wheel is gently rotated, so that the lower punch core rod pushes out the middle mold part, and the middle mold is taken out by hand, if the middle mold fits closely in the hole, Do not use force to turn the hard top of the handwheel to avoid damage to the machine. At this time, the middle die plate must be removed and the middle mold removed.

1.
